Course Summary:

The Dynamax Trainer curriculum has been developed to prepare trainers to successfully integrate medicine ball training into their programming for individuals and small groups. Students explore how Dynamax? medicine ball training can be used to train all 10 physical skills including: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, balance, accuracy, acceleration, and coordination. This workshop provides information on how to design and integrate workouts and stand alone routines to implement into your existing training model.

Course Details:

Medicine ball training carries a misconception as strictly a strength-building implement. The revolutionary Dynamax training methodology dispels this myth by developing all 10 physical skills including cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance, speed, power, agility, flexibility, and much more. Attendees will learn more than 30 different exercises guaranteed to spark new ideas in even the most seasoned professional.
